For all other questions regarding your coverage, contact the insurer or administrator. The administrator and the insurer manage the administration of your plan — for example, claims, what's covered and what's not, certificates of insurance, and more.

When you enroll in the Chevron Medical PPO, the High Deductible Health Plan or the High Deductible Health Plan Basic, you are also automatically enrolled in medical coverage, the Chevron Prescription Drug Program and the Chevron Vision Program for basic vision coverage.
