This information applies to the medical plan premium reduction Wellness Credit for 2018. The qualification period for this Wellness Credit is currently open from January 1, 2017 through October 27, 2017. This Wellness Credit will be issued to qualifying, eligible employees January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Health Decision Support is automatically available to U.S. payroll employees enrolled in a Chevron-sponsored medical plan. If you're an eligible employee, it's automatically included in your health benefit program with no premiums, deductibles, copayments or coinsurance. Contact a 2nd.MD nurse to request a consultation through any of these methods:

chevron employee assistance and worklife services (EAP-worklife)

EAP-WorkLife is an internal consulting service that is staffed with licensed, certified mental health professionals who are familiar with Chevron policies and culture. EAP-WorkLife can also

  • Provide consultation on a broad range of issues from practical, everyday issues to more complicated personal and work-related concerns.
  • Listen to your concerns and, if you decide you’d like more help, they can help locate a Beacon network provider in your local area.
  • Manage substance abuse notification requirements under the MHSA Plan.
