my HR portal
The My HR portal is your first stop to request many of your Chevron HR services and find information related to HR topics, including but not limited to:
- Update your personal data including changing your address, social security number, and name.
- Update your emergency contacts.
- Conduct and request other employee HR services and transactions.
The My HR portal is currently only available from a GIL workstation connected to the Chevron network or a managed mobile device.
If you do not have access to the Chevron network, you can also call HR Shared Services during normal business hours to conduct this transaction. Call CTN 811 or 1-888-825-5247 (1-832-854-5800 outside the U.S.) and choose the option for Other Employee Services.
