for U.S.-payroll employees

A biometric health screening will show you important numbers related to your health. Your numbers provide a snapshot of your overall health and can help identify the warning signs of many serious illnesses. You should have your numbers checked at least once per year, including:

  • Height (without shoes)
  • Weight (without shoes)
  • Waist circumference
  • Blood pressure
  • Cholesterol (total, LDL, HDL, triglycerides)
  • Blood glucose (blood sugar)
