your chevron COBRA benefits transition

for legacy PDC energy U.S.-payroll employees

Chevron Corporation recently acquired PDC Energy. As part of integration efforts, effective January 1, 2025, PDC Energy benefits will transition to Chevron benefits, and the administration of COBRA benefits will transition from Rocky Mountain Reserve to BenefitConnect | COBRA. As a result, there are important changes coming to your current COBRA plans, billing, payment and enrollment process. Please watch for additional communications to arrive directly from the new COBRA administrator, BenefitConnect | COBRA, during the month of November.

summary of benefits
Summary of benefits and coverage (SBC) documents provide summary information such as benefits, copayments/coinsurance, and deductibles for your medical and behavioral health coverage. These documents share the same format and types of content, so it makes it easy to compare and contrast the features of the different plans available to you prior to enrollment.
