compensation

watch videos

You recently received Your Personalized Total Rewards Information via email. We know you have questions about some of the concepts and terminology on your letter. Here's a collection of compensation videos we think will help. These videos are designed to provide you with a basic foundation and understanding of common compensation concepts at Chevron.

pay schedule change
The timing of your paychecks in January 2025 will adjust to accommodate the initial shift from PDCE to Chevron pay dates. You should budget ahead for both the transition period and the ongoing new pay dates. Don’t forget to review automatic deductions that are taken from your bank account — such as utilities, mortgage, insurance, or credit cards — and make adjustments, if necessary, to align with your new pay dates. See the transition guide for a paycheck-by-paycheck breakdown during the transition.
