This transaction cannot be completed on the BenefitConnect website. To update your basic information, such as address, name or date of birth, please choose one of the following:
- Access the My HR portal on the Chevron intranet
- Call the HR Service Center during normal business hours at CTN 811 or 1-888-825-5247 (1-832-854-5800 outside the U.S.) and choose the option for Employee HR Services.
Important: The My HR portal is currently only available from a workstation connected to the Chevron network or from a managed mobile device. If you do not have access to the Chevron network, call the HR Service Center.
- Contact your Global Mobility Specialist (Expatriate counselor) for assistance.
- If you don't know your Global Mobility Specialist, use the Expatriate Counselor Finder.
Important: The Expatriate Counselor Finder is currently only available from a workstation connected to the Chevron network.
