This transaction cannot be completed on the BenefitConnect website. To update your basic information, such as address, name or date of birth, you'll need to access the My HR portal.
The My HR portal is currently only available from a workstation connected to the Chevron network or from a managed mobile device. If you do not have access to the Chevron network, you can also call the HR Service Center during normal business hours to conduct this transaction at 1-888-825-5247 (1-832-854-5800 outside the U.S.) (Choose the option for Employee HR Services from the phone menu.)
