With health rewards, you can complete qualifying wellness activities to accumulate points. If you accumulate the required points by the deadline and meet all the program eligibility requirements, you can qualify for the Wellness Credit. Health rewards, the Wellness Credit, and the requirements to qualify may change from year to year. For this reason, be sure to read the complete eligibility and participation rules to understand the current health rewards offering and what’s required to qualify for the Wellness Credit.
Be sure to allow plenty of time to accumulate the required points before the deadline as many activities require extended participation to complete. Partial points do not qualify for the Wellness Credit.
