Effective January 1, 2019, the administration of Chevron COBRA benefits will transition from the Chevron Human Resources (HR) Service Center to BenefitConnect | COBRA. This administrative change does not affect your eligibility for COBRA benefits or the plans for which you’re currently enrolled. However, there are important changes to the current COBRA billing, payment and enrollment process.
This year, open enrollment for 2019 COBRA benefits is November 5 through November 16, 2018. Any elections you make for your COBRA coverage during open enrollment become effective January 1, 2019.
