WebMD health coaching
Chevron offers various health coaching services for eligible employees who qualify. The information on this website applies to health coaching options that are available through WebMD.
As part of the Healthy Heart program, you have access to qualified WebMD health coaches who can help you set health goals and support you in maintaining your health or in reaching new goals. This coaching is available over the phone or via a new secure messaging platform feature. WebMD health coaches can work with you on any number of health areas that affect your total well-being from stress management and exercise to tobacco cessation and nutrition. The topics discussed are personalized by you and your coach and are based on your current health status and your health goals. Discussing the results of your HQ is often a good conversation starter.
WebMD recommends you first complete the voluntary health questionnaire (HQ). After you take the HQ, you'll have the option to be paired with a professional health coach. The number of times as WebMD health coach can call you will be determined by your health status, these coaching calls are generated from Indiana. You can also connect with a health coach by secure messaging or by calling them as many times as you’d like.
WebMD health coaching is available to you if you are a U.S.-payroll employee and you are eligible for Chevron's health plans. Health coaching is also available to your eligible spouse or domestic partner. Eligible child or other dependents age 18 years and older cannot use the health coaching program. You can read eligibility information in the Wellness Programs Summary Plan Descriptions.
You may be able to earn points toward health rewards when you work with a WebMD health coach. Go to health rewards to learn more.
